HEY! WE'RE THE KRAKENS

We’re SDU Krakens, a student engineering team from the University of Southern Denmark in Sønderborg. Our team brings together students from around the world who share a love for innovation, teamwork, and being out on the water.

THE CONTEST

The Monaco Energy Boat Challenge is an annual race organized by Yacht Club de Monaco. Its key focus is innovation and sustainability, in the marine industry.

They focus on developing alternative power sources, like electricity or hydrogen to power boats.
